Operational agreements and liability limitations.
1. Operational Scope
Juniper Valley Trail provides B2B logistical consulting, supplier introductions, and infrastructure planning. We act as architects and facilitators. The execution and management of the retail business remain the sole responsibility of the client.
2. No Guarantees of Profit
We provide operational frameworks. We absolutely do not guarantee financial success, sales volume, or specific profit margins. Market conditions, capital allocation, and individual execution dictate success.
3. Liability for Third Parties
While we rigidly vet our supplier network and carriers, Juniper Valley Trail is not legally liable for breach of contract, delays, or product defects originating from third-party manufacturers or independent freight operators.
4. Consulting & Service Fees
Fees for logistical planning and supplier network access are detailed in individual service agreements. Due to the intellectual property and immediate access provided, consulting fees are non-refundable once the infrastructure planning phase has commenced.
